Advantages:

Замечательная квартира, шикарное место расположения, внимательный хозяин, хорошо встретил, всегда на связи. Хороший запас воды (для Донецка это актуально!!!)

Disadvantages:

В связи с отсутствием воды в кране (проблема всего Донецка) нужен тазик для мытья посуды.
